A full maintain, repair and overhaul service on electrical motors and gearbox units from 0.25kw to 250kw, three phase or single volts, AC or DC.
Onsite testing of motor units allows us to fully diagnose problems or faults, we can test motor installation resistance, winding balance, running temperatures, bearing analysis, amp and power.
All testing is carried out with the latest Fluke Instruments
Power consumption testing will give real time Energy consumption with data logging from an hour to a month giving true data to base decisions on replacement for newer energy efficient motors.
When we can't repair we can supply the majority of units up to 18kw on a same or next day service
